10/03/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 930 AM - Hearing held, counsel for Defendant present. Counsel submitted motion to set aside the default ruling due to having filed documentation with the courts prior to the arraignment date, motion was granted. City offered plea to plead responsible to all charges, total fines now $2,316 with default ruling set aside. Payments of $250 per month required and remainder can be suspended once all charges are brought into compliance, to include Completed permits for work done and for remaining work. Hearing continued to 1/16/2024 at 830 AM. -VM
