There is some remaining pieces of furniture. The vacant lots abutting Navajo Rd still have homeless living on them and scattered trash and debris. Had an email sent to Homeless Protocol due to being on vacant lots. Did call and speak with owner. -VM
02/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 310 PM - Parcels 113041470, 113041460, 113041500 & 113041510 have been cleared of the homeless people and associated homeless camps and furniture. The junked RV remains off the property. The right of way along Navajo Road is clear of weeds, trash and debris. There is litter, trash and debris surrounding the dumpster on parcel 113041500. Called and left message for owner. -VM
02/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 202 PM - The loose trash and debris has been removed from the dumpster area behind the Mazaj Cafe and the vacant parcel to the east. The homeless camps have all been removed, and there are no remaining homeless on the lots. There is one pile of trash and debris on one of the vacant lots. Called owner who states she will have it removed. -VM
03/01/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 108 PM - Reinspected and found all lots, to include the Mazaj Hookah Cafe and all vacant lots along Navajo Street to be free of any homeless camps, homeless, and trash and debris. The dumpster area around Mazaj Cafe is also clear of trash or debris. The junked RV remains off the property. All violations have been abated, will close this case. -VM
