Breakers in electrical disconnect box tripped microwave and wall floor breakers tripped. gas line did not pass gas leak test. Permits required. Fire damage to exterior stucco interior drywall, smoke damage to interior garage dry wall hole and part of dry wall removed as result of fire. Repair, replace, patch and restore wall back to original state. No permits required. Issued notice to vacate, permits required and indemnification form. |
