In fact it was not a site plan at all it was a permit for a different building located on the property #T01CM001173 dated 12/21/01 for 335 E. 12th St electrical. Discussed the last site plan found on file dated 5/24/88 this site plan does not reflect the current configuration of the site as it sits today. Owner must either obtain an approved site plan and permits for the structures added to the property OR remove all the structures and restore property back to the approved site plan dated 5/24/88. | |
