Did re-secure the west door and window and placed the plywood back up. Did place a chain and lock on the security door with placing screws on the metal door. Did call the owner and they will come to the site tomorrow. Did place a fence on the property with the approval from the supervisor Laurie Pumphery with calling Biff Baker Fence. Placed 15-fence panels and 16-Tee Posts with bands on the Tee Posts to the fence panels. All is secured. The person placed some shopping carts on the vacant lot on the east side of the property and will be removed tomorrow. RV.
03/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to check the site and the property is vacant and secured at this time. Checked all the fencing and the lock and the house on the property. RV.
11/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to the site with inspector Goodman and cleaned the property of the shopping carts and took them to the City of Tucson dumpster. Met with the son of the owner to give a key to the lock for the fencing. RV.
