I advised him he cannot stay here and needs to find another place, did agree to provide 10 days. Knocked at second RV, no one answered. Man working on the property said it is no longer being occupied after it was posted. Will be following up. -VM |

110 PM - Arrived to property and found the RV is still on site and occupied, generator was running upon arrival. There is a strong smell of raw sewage surrounding the RV. The water line to the RV has been cut and the RV no longer has potable water supply. Spoke to the occupant of the RV and issued him citation 6918011 as well as an emergency order to vacate due to no utilities. The RV was posted unsafe to occupy. The RV occupant was advised if he is found living inside the RV he is subject to arrest and subject to having his RV boarded up. Property owner arrived on site. Property owner was issued citation 6918012 and advised the RV occupant can retrieve his belongings from the RV but cannot live in it. -VM |

1030 AM - RE: LC23013225...Court hearing was held, owner of property was present. City reports the RV does appear to be unoccupied at this time, although still present on the property, and that the trash and debris has been removed from the property surrounding the RV on the property. Owner pleads responsible to Charge A and City requests Charge B be dismissed. RE: LC23013223...Defendant (occupant of RV) failed to appear for arraignment, was found responsible by default and fines totaling $472.00 were imposed. -VM |
