Contacted Tenant, inspected cooler/heater which appeared to have been leaking, some water damage noted to carpet. Contacted Management who stated repairman were at unit and working on issues until tenant became angry and was cursing at them. Manager and Inspector went to Unit and talked to Tenant who stated they would work with Management to fix issue |
