The shed is attached to another addition accessory structure that is not living space and was not damaged. That structure is connected to the main structure. Both structures were built prior to 1998. Shed area is heavily burned. Roof components are completely burned as well as the north, east and west wall structural components. Accessory shed structure has electrical. Isolated all circuits to west portion of both accessory structures as well as the laundry room and carport addition. An electrician will be required to assess the damage and determine necessary modifications/repairs to restore power to the west portion of the structure. The main structure is livable and no condemnation necessary |
