At the time of inspection--tenant is currently and for the past two weeks is living in a hotel room provided by tenants renters insurance. The unit does have hot water and is currently being professionally cleaned per the apartment managements request and direction. Management expects the work to be completed within the week and the tenant is not currently occupying the unit until further notice from the management office. |
