Sidewalks along both streets are being obstructed by vegetation growing over and onto the sidewalk, and are covered with gravel and other debris. Vegetation is growing into and obstructing the alley. The 2640/2642 duplex has peeling missing paint on all fascia at the eaves and has exposed wood. The 2656 single family residence has peeling/flaking paint on window frames and the structure itself has what appears to be crumbling plaster and large areas of exterior walls missing paint. Called and left message for owner. Will mail notice of violation. -VM |
