At the time of the initial inspection the subject property was found to be in violation of Chapter 16 of Tucson's Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance there was a large pile of trash and debris located at the curb of the property that was visible from the street and neighboring properties. A Notice of violation was issued for the Trash and Debris. The city of Tucson will be working with the property owner to remedy any ongoing code violations present within or near to in. |
