Commercial rental water seeped under the wall from the fire next door to unit. Bottom floor partially wet. No electrical exposed to water. Back wall has minor smoke damage. Issued notice to dry out commercial unit and air out rental unit. Owner of building required to have the sprinkler system repaired before reoccupying commercial building. |
