On October 20, 2026, at approximately 12:50 p.m., I conducted an initial inspection of the property. Upon arrival, I observed an accumulation of household items, storage boxes, and other miscellaneous belongings stored beneath the carport. These conditions constitute a violation of Chapter 16 of the Tucson Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance (NPO). |
