Site inspection conducted on this date. It was observed there is an unpermitted sign "ΣΝ" installed on the main structure located at this property. Further research revealed, per the U of A website, this property is listed at housing for the Sigma Nu fraternity, which is consistent with the Greek letters installed without a permit on the structure. The property was previously approved for residential use and has subsequently been converted to a fraternity/group dwelling use without obtaining the required zoning review and certification of compliance from the City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department. Photos taken. Will discuss with PDSD and City Attorney's Office prior to sending a notice. |
