In Violation |
Arrived on scene at 1213 AM and TFD had already departed the scene. Met with management who showed me the location of the damage. A large tree has fallen onto the east side of Building A. The tree has caused damage to the roof above Units 204 and 205. There are two damaged roof structural members that are cracked back to the load bearing exterior wall and the cantilevered portion of the structural members are leaning down and becoming detached from the rest of the structural member. There is a damaged portion of roof decking in this area. The exterior wall in this area does not have any signs of movement and appears intact. I entered both Units 204 and 205 and I observed no cracking or damage to the ceiling inside either unit. There is no visible damage to the railing or to the deck, however removal of the tree may show damage. -VM |
