Vacant commercial property has been used by homeless individuals as mass shelter, and are leaving trash and debris throughout the property. Multiple openings are unsecured throughout the property. I called board up contractor to secure each opening and made the homeless individuals to leave the property. Graffiti and overgrown vegetation are present throughout the property as well. I did meet with several people that are working with the owner. They are surveying and planning to rehab the property and bring it back into city compliance. |
