Inspector onsite was not able to observe a rotting tree from the public right of way, however, other issues were observed. It was observed that there was an accumulation of overgrown weeds/grass in the front yard and sidewalk, refuse/debris in the form of green waste in the front yard, outdoor storage in the form of pave stones in the front yard, and a fence with parts in a state of deterioration, made out of pallets, and also, extended up with no records of approved permit. Notice of Violation will be issued. |
