On site at property TFD on scene. There is damage isolated to restroom in unit. There is damage to electrical and fixture ,drywall, ceiling, insulation, plumbing fixtures. Unit is currently vacant and not condemned. all power isolated at meter and secondary breaker in unit. Electrical repairs require permits and done by licensed contractor. NOV posted at door. Property secured at this time. |
