Inspector onsite observed accumulation of refuse and debris and abandoned shopping carts throughout the lot visible form the right-of-way. Some sections may be due to the homeless encampment in the wash under 22nd St. City of Tucson Housing Outreach team was onsite at the time of inspection and is aware of encampment where they will be working to remove the encampment and have that section of the lot cleaned up. Notice of Violation to lot owner will be issued. |
