At the time of the inspection the subject property was found to be in violation for an excess of stored items visible from the street and neighboring properties. Refuse and Debris was found throughout the property, and work being done on the property with out permits all of which violates Chapter 16 of Tucson's Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Unified Development Codes. |
