155 am - On site between 155 AM and 225 AM. Checked along east property line along Bear Canyon Rd and from townhouse parcel abutting to the south. Main gate along Bear Canyon Rd is locked. There is no light coming from construction site. I observed no vehicles or workers and could hear no construction noise from the property. -VM |
