The referenced white fencing appears to be similar to trellis board and is placed on the property. It is not a fence that is dilapidated or in danger of falling. Property is in violation for vegetation growing in the sidewalk area along Norris Avenue and dead vegetation that blocks the use of the sidewalk area for pedestrians. There is a Mesquite tree growing out of the street. Spoke with the owner on site and advised her of the violations and a 30 day compliance window. -VM |
