On site - UNFOUNDED - Dead tree not observed. Both large mesquite trees have green foliage and appear to have been recently trimmed. Did not see any leaning limbs on power lines. Could not tell if tree was damaging the neighbor's wall(which would be a civil matter anyways). CLOSE CASE. |
