Upon a brief inspection, the dwelling was found to contain excessive animal(cat and dog) urine and feces throughout the interior( walls, floors and furnishings). The strong presence of odor due to the accumulation of animal feces/urine extends to the exterior of the structure. There is also a heavy active fly infestation throughout the structure, with insects present on wall, ceilings, windows and household surfaces. This is creating a health hazard and rendering the structure unfit for human occupancy. The structure is condemned. Owner will secure property. Posted notice of " Do Not Enter Unsafe to Occupy" on front window. All utilities remain on. Property to remain condemned until all violations regarding health hazards are abated. |
