ON SITE THERE IS REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE FRONT AND REAR YARD. THERE IS A GOLD VAN BLOCKING THE RIGHT OF WAY. THERE IS A CAMARO THAT IS AN INOPERABLE VEHICLE IN THE REAR YARD ALONG WITH REFUSE AND DEBRIS. |
