ONSITE AT PROPERTY, SPOKE TO OWNER ONSITE, SHE AGREED DECORATIVE LIGHTS ARE TOO BRIGHT AND SHE HAD THEM ON A TIMER FROM 7PM TO 5AM. ADVISED CHANGING BULBS TO A LOWER LUMEN AND CHANGING TIMER TO TURN LIGHTS OFF BY 10PM. CASE CLOSED. |
