On site - Verified that entire parcel has been stripped of vegetation. A temporary nursery with Ocotillo and Barrel Cactus was set up at the west side of the property. Observed a large shade structure built from 40 foot containers and I-Beams, no permits on file for the structure. Also observed a chain link fence in the process of being built along parcel lines. There is no C of O on file or permits approved for building any structure. Will issue notice of violation. |
