There is an excessive amount of dead palm tree fronds that have fallen off the trees and landed in other trees on the property and need to be removed. There is weeds and grass that exceed 6 inches on the property and in the right of way. There are multiple trees growing into the sidewalk space and into the street that prevent the full unobstructed use of the sidewalk and street. There is a junk motor vehicle in the driveway in the form of a silver Infiniti AZ AHL8628 with flat tires and cobwebs. Knocked at the front door three times and there was no answer called and left a message for owner. Issue notice of violation. -VM |
