324 pm - Arrived to property and found home is for sale. Knocked at front door, home is vacant. Per real estate listing, home has a new HVAC system with propane furnace installed, and a new shingle roof. Unable to verify if there are any new light fixtures installed. The solar panels have been removed from the structure. There is a new staircase constructed at the front of the property that replaced the previous staircase the front door. There are no permits on file for this work. Issued notice a violation for permits required. Posted a green tag on front door to provide conspicuous notice that property is under violation to any perspective buyers. -VM |
