On-site at property TFD had left the scene before my arrival. Electric is isolated at electric pedestal. no gas or propane to unit.damage from fire to include electrical, structural, water, and smoke. There is damage to walls, ceilings, flooring, windows, and melted bare wires through out unit. unit is condemned at this time city contractor to Board Up city to follow up within 60 days either for a replacement or removal do not occupy sticker posted at front of unit. Emergency abatement order signed by owner. |
