|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/01/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Remaining visible vehicles appear to be personal vehicles and there is no evidence that remaining commercial vehicles/trailers are present on property. | |
| 12/03/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | An inspection of the property was conducted again following a call from a neighbor explaining that all of the commercial vehicles are taken by laborers early in the morning so a business hours inspection would not turn anything up. I arrived on site at 5am. Individuals began arriving and headed through the side gate with their personal vehicles around 5:45. Most had stopped arriving by 6:20. Between 6:30-6:45am 4 commercial vehicles with trailers and landscaping equipment had exited the property, confirming what was reported. I have left a message with Borbon Landscapping LLC asking for a callback regarding the unpermitted storage of these vehicles at this property. | |
| 12/09/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | All commercial vehicles have been relocated. I am unable to guarentee that they will not be returned once the city drops its case however there is no way to run this forward as the storage that is alleged is behind a raised fence. |
