The existing structure located at the northeastern corner of the property has a new porch attach to the front entrance. The porch as new can lighting installed underneath it. There is new electrical metallic tubing (E.M.T.) installed at different parts of the structure. There is a what appears to be a newly installed “line set” for a HVAC system at the north end of the structure along with E.M.T. near the vicinity indicated its to energize this unit. There are no permits on record for the modifications made on the property. |
