Met with store manager regarding the car in bldg damage 10/18/25. Noted the colum was fixed and no permit on file. Store managers stated he thinks the person at the store did not pass on the documentation to the property manager responsible for addressing the damage. Obtained Store managers name and number and property managers name and number. Gave a copy of the document to both parties. They are now both fully aware a permit is required for the repair. Failure to comply will result in a citation to the owner of the property. |
