This apartment complex does not have lighting that is indicated on their original site plan and there is nothing in PRO that shows an application for permit for lighting. Therefore, I can not enforce lighting issues at this location nor can I force them to install lighting to the property. This is something the tenants must initiate with the management of the apartment. |
