MET W/PROPERTY MANAGER. EXPLAINED TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER NO PERMIT HAVE BEEN PULLED YET. IF THE RENTAL UNIT GET OCCUPIED WITHOUT PERMITS. A CITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY. EXPLAINED ALL WORK DONE TO THE COMMERCIAL RENTAL UNIT NEEDS TO BE DONE UNDER PERMIT. PROPERTY MANGER STATES SHE WILL MAKE SURE THEY GET PERMITS FOR THE REPAIR WORK. SHE STATES CURRENTL THE RENTAL UNIT IS NOT OCCUPIED. |

Spoke with property manager. No efforts have been made to demo or rebuild the unit. She is waiting on word from upper management that they want to proceed. I explained that something needs to be done and it can't just sit there, either demo or rebuild. Permits will be required either way. Will issue citation to owner. |
