At this time alterations/modifications have been done on a commercial building without a permit. This includes HVAC, electrical and structural repairs. A wooden support structure has been constructed extending from floor to ceiling area beneath the roof trusses. This suggests structural work/ceiling repair . Several ceiling tiles are missing, and exposed wiring and insulation are visible. There is also a light bulb that is in close proximity to the wooden support that could be a possible fire hazard. |
