On site at property. Tenant let CE Inspector in, there are a lot of interior wall and celling damages throughout the dwelling. Possible electrical defects and hazards if it were to rain from leaks, etc. Condemnation. Permits Required. General maintenance of trash and debris, weeds. and etc. Spoke to owner and is aware of the violations and wants to renovate the building and property. Owner stated he will secure the property. Left site due safety issues. Will send notice of violation letter and indemnification through mail. |
