10/12/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with tenants, then later Property Owner and COT Biff Baker for fencing. 311 callout from TPD, TPD was not on site on arrival or at site at time of inspection at all, however, did communicate over phone for assistance. A car impacted the brick wall in the alleyway of property (east of the property), the impact severely damaged the brick wall in the alleyway of the property, knocking it down as well as a gated fence that was as a part of the back rear wall. It appears, a gas pipe to the right (north) was not damaged or impacted, no obvious smell was detected at the time of inspection. There appears to be some type of exposed wires along the damage brick wall fence for maybe a light in the rear alleyway, they were not active at this time, tested with a non-contact voltage tester, property owner stated they will isolate power just in case, and clean up the debris soon. Contacted Biff Baker for temporary securement in the rear of the property, a chain-link fence was put up, securing the rear of the property and the damaged wall at this time. Permits required. Property owner signed permits required form and is working on restoring and repairing the property, and is aware of the graffiti violation and is also working on removing the graffiti too. Property Owner responded to case effectively.
