On site at property with TFD, Property Owner and Southwest Gas. There was a fire to the east side area of the property, porch/patio area, attached to the dwelling, in the rear of the property. TFD turned off the power and gas to the dwelling. There was excessive damages to this area structure, ceiling porch and roof. The fire damages did go over to some of the front carport/garage area where freezers and refrigerators are. It appears the interior was not damaged, since the door to the outside patio was shut when the fire happened. Permits Required. Condemnation. Owner signed documents. |
