Check property and spoke to House Manager on site. Pepep Intergrated Care - assist people with special needs. House is located in an R1 zone. Pepep Intergrated has 4 residents, 1 - is in the hospital right now and 3 in the house. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus 3 staff members. No visible sign of a group home approval on file with PDSD. |
