On site - Verified newly built(within the last 7 months), carport and metal fence at northeast corner of property. Large shed built within the last 4 years. Southeast corner of house had porch that was enclosed within the last 4 years as well. Spoke with owner in-person and explained that permits are required. Gave her contact information for PDSD. Issuing notice of violation. |
