Spoke with owner and owner states no business is ran out this residence. However owner states two vehicles on the eastside of the property(N. Castro) on the street are his. Both vehicles verified operable. Informed owner that city streets cannot be used for storage of any vehicle. Operable vehicles cannot remain parked in the same spot for more than 7 days per chapter 20 sec. 20-261c. All other vehicles parked at 2536 N. Castro( Marty Birdman Center) and along N. Castro cannot be verified as neighboring residents property and have no characteristics of a junk motor vehicle. |
