On site at property with TFD and TEP and later owner. Property has multiple addresses. The trailers in the rear of the property caught fire and affected the buildings, damaging the rear of the building and the interior. The building facing 22nd St was damaged by fire on all east side units, starting 4509, and 4515. TEP and TFD confirmed the only UNITS or Addresses affected were 4509 and 4515 E 22ND ST. TEP isolated power for these units. Condemnation. Permits Required for these Addresses (same owner and same building). Owner signed documents. Condemnation orange sticker posted for each address, 4515 and 4509. |
