257 pm - Called out to site by TPD. Unit has accumulations of trash and debris throughout home. Strong smell of decomposing trash at the front door. Electrical outlets are not obstructed at this time. Condemned unit due to unsanitary conditions and a reinspection is required prior to reoccupying the unit. Property manager on site signed the indemnification and secured the unit. -VM |
