Owner/ Occupant granted consent to enter the unit. The shower is not operable, ceiling is damaged and has signs of decayed wood members. There is an accumulation of items inside the unit. There is abuse of extension cords and power strip cords that are being used for high watt appliances. The unit lacks rapid egress with a main door sealed shut. Unit has been posted unfit to occupy until proper repairs are completed. Owner and management will keep the unit secured, closing case |
