Vacant lot has heavy equipment, semi trail being used as housing. No electricity (electricity being taken illegally from 304 W. Ventura St. Had occupant disconnect electrical. Contacted Water Dept. Water Dept states water is for a multi housing property. Explained this is a vacant property. NO MULTI HOUSING. Posted shut down paper work and notice to vacate on property. Contacted TPD made them aware of the shut down. No one to be on site after dark. Pictures posted. |
