Submitted a civil motion to the courts requesting for a court date to be set for this citation. Followed up with an e-mail to the Judge's assistant regarding the status of the court date.
09/02/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Transportation/Stormwater requested to have water service shut off. Mgmt reviewed case and a 24 hour notice #CE-VIO0125-00413 was issued to the Property Manager. Met w/A.Flores Transportation Stormwater & SHC, Delgadillo to review the site and issued a 24 hour notice to abate the violation. IF not done within the time allowed. The City of Tucson, Storm Water Division will have contractor SHC mitigate the violation. If the violation continues. The clean up will continue and the owner will continue to get charged for the cost of cleanup. Per the 24 hour notice given to the Property Manager on site.
02/04/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Property still in violation. Complete citation and review with Supervision. Filled out a citation, civil motion and affidavit requesting for a court hearing to discuss the property hazards. Will walk documents over to Courts to see if Judge can schedule a court date.
