Gas service to units 1, 2 and laundry room service cut. Interior unit #1 completely damaged by the fire, hole in roof, fire, smoke and water damage through out. Unit #2 and Laundry room electrical service compromised due to the location of the electrical service. Permits required for repair to the Electrical, gas plumbing, roofing, replacement of drywall throughout entire unit. Shut down nov issued, permits require, indemnification form issued to owner. |
