-Unit 108 - Water pooled at front door, likely came through front door as no water observed coming into unit from ceiling. No other damage observed.
REPAIRS/PERMITS REQUIRED:
Units 106 and 107 shall have a licensed electrician review electrical system of units. Any required repairs shall be made by a licensed contractor under an Issued Permit. If no repairs are required, electric can be reconnected after electrician reviews system and signs off on reconnect, Electric Reconnect Permit is required for reconnect.
Units 206 and 207 shall have all repairs made to Units under an Issued Commercial Addition/Alteration Permit by a licensed contractor. Electric Reconnect Permit is required for reconnect.
ELECTRICAL DAMAGE AND PERMITS REQUIRED:
-TEP discovered the bank of 4 electric meters serving Units 106, 107, 206 and 207 were attached to a large piece of plywood that is attached to the building. The plywood is damaged and rotted beyond repair. The bank of meters is loose on the wall. Power was cut at the pole. A licensed electrician shall repair and replace as necessary the components of the meter bank under an Issued Permit before TEP can reconnect power at the pole. Each individual meter is to remain off with an Electrical Reconnect Permit required to restore units to individual units.
-Water was found pooled inside the globe of an outdoor light fixture outside of Unit 206. The light fixture was found to be on a panel on the southwest side of the South Building. A licensed electrician shall review the electrical system of this and make repairs if necessary under an Issued Permit before this can be restored. A city padlock will be placed on the disconnect and will only be removed once an electrician produces a report with those findings. -VM
