There is also large piles of trash and debris in the parking area near unit 4433. Made contact with occupant at unit 4433. He states the trash and debris belongs to the tenant who was not home. He denied entry into the unit. There is unsafe electrical at the front of the building where two junction boxes are missing covers and wires are exposed to the elements, and at the front door of 4433 where there is either a missing fixture or a missing junction box cover. The address is not displayed on the structure as required by code. -VM |
